About these terms
This website is run by Sundial Sliding Doors, a locally owned sliding and patio door business at 2301 East Osborn Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016. The owner is Ayden Shlomo.
By using this website or asking us to quote or perform work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, and call us with any questions before booking.
These terms are a general description of how we do business. They are not legal advice.
Our services
We repair, replace and install sliding doors and patio doors, and we handle related work such as rollers, tracks, locks, handles, glass, weatherstripping and screen doors. You can see the full list on our service pages, including sliding door repair, sliding door installation and sliding door replacement.
We serve homes in the Phoenix area. When you contact us, we will confirm whether your address is in the area we serve.
Quotes and pricing
We offer free estimates, including free in-home quotes with no pressure to buy. Our pricing is upfront and flat-rate, with no surprise fees.
A quote is based on what we can see and learn about your door at the time. If the technician finds something different once work begins, we will explain it and agree on any change with you before going ahead.
This website does not list prices. The price of your job is the one we give you in your quote.
Scheduling and access
We offer same-day service, and most repairs are finished in a single visit. Availability depends on our schedule and the work involved, so we cannot promise a specific arrival time or a same-day visit for every request.
Our hours are Monday to Thursday 7 AM to 7 PM, Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, Saturday closed, and Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM. We are closed on major holidays. If you call after hours, leave a message at (480) 741-2405 and we will get back to you the next business day.
Please make sure we can reach the door and that an adult is available to let us in and approve the work. If you need to change an appointment, call us as early as you can.
Payment
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, check and Zelle. Financing is available. Payment is due as agreed in your quote or when the work is finished, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranty
Our work is backed by a written warranty. The written warranty you receive describes what it covers and for how long. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather events or work done by someone else after our visit. Manufacturer warranties on doors and parts are separate and are set by the manufacturer.
Special offers
From time to time we may offer a promotion. Our current offer is $50 off any sliding door roller replacement for new customers. Mention the offer when you call (480) 741-2405. The offer ends December 24, 2026. It cannot be combined with other discounts unless we tell you otherwise, and it applies only to the work described.
Using this website
You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not copy our text, images or design for other purposes, try to disrupt the site, or send us false or misleading information.
We try to keep the information here accurate, but it may sometimes be out of date. If something on the site differs from your written quote, the quote applies.
The site uses analytics and session recording to see how visitors use the pages. Please see our privacy policy for details.
Limits of responsibility
We do our best to complete every job carefully. To the extent the law allows, Sundial Sliding Doors is not responsible for indirect or unforeseen losses that result from using this website or from work we perform, and our responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Arizona or federal law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site or book work with us.
