A sliding door that works the way it should
A sliding door that grinds, sticks, jumps its track or won't lock is more than an annoyance. It lets in dust and heat, wastes cooling, and can leave a way into your home that doesn't close properly. Most of these problems can be fixed without replacing the whole door.
Sundial Sliding Doors is a locally owned, family-owned sliding and patio door specialist at 2301 East Osborn Road in Phoenix. The owner, Ayden Shlomo, started the business in 2026. We can't point to decades of reviews yet, so we focus on how the job feels to you: a clear quote, one technician, and a repair that is usually finished in a single visit.
We repair sliding glass doors and patio doors, and we work on the brands Valley homes commonly have, including Andersen, Pella, Milgard, Marvin, Jeld-Wen, Simonton, Fleetwood, Therma-Tru, Peachtree, Hurd and more.
If your door is hard to slide because of worn rollers, new customers get $50 off any sliding door roller replacement. Mention this offer when you call (480) 741-2405. The offer ends December 24, 2026.

Sliding door repair questions
Why is my sliding glass door hard to slide or grinding?
Most often the rollers are worn, or the track is dirty or damaged. Phoenix dust and monsoon debris collect in the track and wear down rollers over time. A good cleaning sometimes helps, but if the rollers are worn they need to be replaced. We'll check both when we look at the door.
My sliding door came off the track. Can I lift it back on myself?
Sliding glass panels are heavy and the glass can break if the door tips, so we don't recommend forcing it. If it is off track, leave it closed and call us. We offer same-day service, and we'll find out why it came off, such as worn rollers or a bent track, so it doesn't happen again.
My sliding door won't lock or the latch doesn't line up. What can be done?
Often the lock or the keeper just needs to be adjusted. If the parts are worn or broken, we can replace the lock, keeper or handle.
What should I do if the glass is broken or shattered?
Keep people and pets away from the opening and don't handle loose glass. Call us at (480) 741-2405 and we'll look at whether the glass alone can be replaced or the whole door needs replacing.
How much does sliding door repair cost?
It depends on what the door needs. We give a free in-home quote with upfront, flat-rate pricing and no surprise fees, so you know the cost before any work starts. New customers also get $50 off any roller replacement through December 24, 2026.
Should I repair or replace my sliding glass door?
If the problem is rollers, a lock, a handle, weatherstripping or a section of track, repair is usually enough. If the frame is damaged or the dual-pane glass has failed, replacement may make more sense. We'll tell you honestly what we see and won't pressure you.
Why is my slider drafty, and can it be fixed?
Worn weatherstripping and seals let in heat and dust and can make your cooling work harder. Replacing the weatherstripping is a confirmed service we offer, and it can often be done during a repair visit.
Can you repair a sliding screen door?
Yes. We repair screen doors that are off track, torn or bent, and we'll tell you if replacing the screen or the frame makes more sense.
Do you work on my brand of door?
We service Andersen, Pella, Milgard, Marvin, Jeld-Wen, Simonton, Anlin, Fleetwood, Atrium, Therma-Tru, Quanex, Reliabilt, Peachtree, Ply Gem and Hurd doors, including large-panel Fleetwood and Milgard doors.
What are your hours?
