Replace the glass or the whole door?
Broken glass does not always mean you need a new door. If the frame, track and panel are in good shape, replacing only the glass is often the simpler fix. If the frame is bent, the track is badly worn or the door has several problems at once, a full replacement may make more sense.
We look at the whole door before we recommend anything. At your free in-home quote we check the glass, the frame, the rollers, the track and the lock, then tell you plainly which option fits your door. You get the price up front, and there is no pressure to buy.
We work on sliding and patio doors from brands Valley homes commonly have, including Andersen, Pella, Milgard, Marvin, Jeld-Wen, Simonton and Fleetwood.
Glass problems we can help with
Shattered or cracked glass: if a panel has broken, keep people and pets away from the opening and call us. We offer same-day service, and we will tell you what we can do for your door when you call.
Foggy or failed dual-pane glass: moisture between the panes usually means the seal has failed. In Arizona heat, that can make a slider less comfortable to sit near and harder on your cooling bill.
Damaged or scratched panels: sand, dust and monsoon debris can wear on glass, tracks and seals over time. We check the surrounding parts while we are there so a new panel is not sitting in a worn-out frame.
Most repairs are finished in a single visit, and the same technician who quotes your job stays with it through the install.

Sliding door glass questions
What should I do if my sliding glass door shatters?
Keep people and pets away from the broken glass and avoid using the door. If you can do it safely, cover the opening until we arrive. Then call (480) 741-2405 and we will work out a same-day visit if we can. If you call after hours, leave a message and we will get back to you the next business day.
How much does sliding door glass replacement cost?
The price depends on your door, the size of the panel and the type of glass. We do not guess over the phone. We give you a free in-home quote with upfront, flat-rate pricing and no surprise fees.
Is it better to replace the glass or the whole door?
If the frame, track and panel are sound, replacing just the glass is often enough. If the frame is damaged, the door is hard to slide or several parts are worn, a full replacement may be the better value. We will explain both options at your quote.
Why is the glass in my double-pane slider foggy?
Fog between the panes usually means the seal has failed and moisture has gotten in. The glass cannot be cleaned from the inside. A failed unit can also let more heat through in an Arizona summer, so it is worth having it looked at.
Can worn weatherstripping or tracks cause problems with my glass?
Dust, monsoon debris and strong sun can wear down tracks, rollers and weatherstripping. A door that binds or drags puts extra strain on the panel. We check those parts at the same time, and we also offer sliding door weatherstripping to help seal out heat and dust.
Do you replace glass in Andersen, Milgard, Pella and Fleetwood doors?
We work on many brands, including Andersen, Milgard, Pella, Marvin, Jeld-Wen, Simonton and Fleetwood. Tell us your brand when you call and we will look at your specific door at the quote.
Will the job be done in one visit?
Most repairs are finished in a single visit. When we quote your door we will tell you if yours needs anything more.
