A new sliding door, installed by one technician from quote to finish
A sliding door is one of the most used openings in a Phoenix home. It lets in light, opens the house to the patio, and takes a beating from sun, heat, dust and monsoon grit. When yours is worn out, sticking, or no longer fits your style, a new one can change how the whole room feels.
Sundial Sliding Doors is a locally owned sliding and patio door specialist at 2301 East Osborn Road in Phoenix, owned by Ayden Shlomo. We install sliding glass doors and patio doors, and we work with the brands Valley homes actually have, including Andersen, Pella, Milgard, Marvin, Jeld-Wen, Simonton, Anlin, Fleetwood, Atrium, Therma-Tru, Quanex, Reliabilt, Peachtree, Ply Gem and Hurd.
The process starts at your home. We come out, look at the opening, talk through what you want, and give you a free quote with no pressure to buy. The same technician who quotes your job is the one who installs it, so you are not explaining things twice to a new face on installation day.
Not sure whether you need a new door at all? Sometimes a repair is the better answer. If a worn roller, a damaged track or a loose lock is the real problem, we will tell you so you can choose with all the facts in front of you.

Built for Arizona heat, dust and monsoon season
Sliding doors in the Valley work harder than most. Strong sun can wear on frames, seals and glass. Fine dust and monsoon debris settle in tracks and slow down rollers. A door that is hard to slide or lets air leak around the edges makes your air conditioning work harder.
When we install a door, we look at the whole opening: the track, the rollers, the lock and handle, and the seal around the panel. Sliding door weatherstripping is one of our services, so if a good door only needs a better seal against heat and dust, we can handle that as well.
If you have a large-panel or multi-slide door, such as a Fleetwood or Milgard system common in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley homes, call us and describe what you have. We can tell you how we would approach the job when we see the opening in person.

Sliding door installation questions
How much does sliding door installation cost?
It depends on the size of the opening, the door and the brand you choose. We do not publish price ranges because every opening is different. After a free in-home quote you get an upfront, flat-rate price with no surprise fees.
Should I repair my sliding door or install a new one?
If the door only grinds, sticks or will not lock, the cause is often a worn roller, a dirty or damaged track, or a lock that needs adjusting, and a repair may be enough. If the frame is damaged, the glass has failed or the door no longer fits well, a new door usually makes more sense. We will give you an honest opinion at the quote.
Do you install patio doors as well as sliding glass doors?
Yes. We install sliding doors and patio doors, and we can talk you through options from brands such as Andersen, Pella, Milgard, Marvin, Jeld-Wen and others.
Will the same person quote and install my door?
Yes. The same technician handles your job from the quote through the installation, so the details you discuss stay with the person doing the work.
Is the in-home quote really free?
Yes. Our in-home quotes are free, and there is no pressure to buy.
My sliding glass door is foggy or the glass has failed. Do I need a whole new door?
Not always. Sometimes the glass alone can be replaced, and sometimes the whole door is the better choice. Call us and describe what you see, and we will look at it during the quote.
Can a new door help with heat and drafts?
A door that fits well and seals properly keeps out more hot air and dust than one with worn or gapped seals. If your current door is sound but leaks air, weatherstripping may be all it needs.
How can I pay, and is financing available?
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, check and Zelle. Financing is available as well.
